Principal Message

Dear Students and Faculty,

I am delighted to welcome you to Rawal College of Education, where we strive to nurture the educators of tomorrow. With over 21 years of experience in teacher training and educational leadership across India, Dubai, and Vietnam, I am honored to serve as your Principal.

Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in curriculum development and have had the privilege of working with esteemed institutions such as The National Assessment and Accreditation Council and The National Council for Teacher Education. I have visited and accredited over 25 teacher education institutions, ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence.

Before joining RCE, I also served as an Academic Manager and Trainer at Global Education Academy and as an ESL teacher in Hanoi, Vietnam. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, multiple master’s degrees, and several diplomas and certifications in education and technology. My diverse experiences, from being a Programme In-charge Coordinator at IGNOU to Chief Editor at Researcher’s Guild, an International Journal and Principal at the Institute of Vocational Studies, have equipped me with the skills to lead our institution to new heights.

I have contributed significantly to research and educational material development, publishing numerous research papers and books, editing international journals, and guiding over a hundred postgraduate dissertations. My active involvement in various curriculum revision committees and my commitment to innovative educational practices, leadership, and technology integration in teaching reflect my dedication to advancing education globally.

I am excited to work with all of you to foster an environment of learning, growth, and excellence. Together, we will continue to build a strong foundation for future educators and make significant strides in the field of education.

Warm regards,

Dr. Niranajana Soperna
